Use positive dimensions and quantities, and non-negative weights with up to three decimal places.
Finished height includes the pallet base. These results compare two patterns, not every possible layout, and do not guarantee a minimum pallet count or transport safety. Check actual load ratings, cargo strength and handling conditions separately.
Sign in or register to carry over the selected pattern, its inputs and the exact first-pallet layout. Use the pallet count and last-pallet preview for the rest of the order. Account access and remaining Autofill runs apply.

How this estimate works
BASIC and PINWHEEL use the same loading engines as the app. Pallet counts follow the height limit and, when entered, the gross-weight limit. The figures and previews come from the same result.
Finished height = pallet base height + the height of the boxes actually loaded.
Example: a 150 mm base and 2,382 mm finished-height limit allow seven layers of 300 mm-high boxes. With six boxes per layer, an order of 60 uses two pallets, with 18 boxes on the last one.
