How to use

From your first 3D view to a loading plan

A step-by-step guide to choosing a load space, creating cargo, arranging it in 3D and delivering the result.

Useful tips before you load

Start with the settings that fit your work.

Find quick settings

The slider icon beside Reset View opens Quick settings. Adjust door, side and top clearances or snapping there; these settings are also available through Options → Settings.

Use familiar units

In Options → Settings → Analysis, choose mm, cm, m, inch, ft or yd for display. Calculations and saved values remain in mm.

Leave room by the door

Enable Door margin and enter its value in mm in Quick settings or Options → Settings → Analysis. Compare arrangements with the space you want to leave near the door.

Lighten a slow view

In Options → Settings → Graphics, try the Low or Extra Low performance preset and save. These presets reduce the visual effects.

01

Explore sample cargo in 3D

Where to lookWebsite · QUICK START

Choose ‘Explore sample cargo in 3D’ on the website. You can look around a prepared plan before entering your own cargo. No sign-in or installation is needed for this sample.

Drag the scene to change the viewpoint and scroll or pinch to zoom. The short guide can be skipped.

02

Choose the load space

Where to lookWorkspace · left panel · Load type

Open Load type and select the space you want to use. Check the available size before adding cargo.

Custom sizes are supported for containers and pallets only. The choices available to you depend on your account.

03

Create a box or cylinder

Where to lookWorkspace · left panel · Create block

Choose a box or cylinder, enter its dimensions and name, then choose a material and color. Confirm with Create after checking the preview.

A cylinder uses its diameter and height. Creating a block prepares the cargo preview; it does not automatically fill the load space.

04

Place and move cargo

Where to lookWorkspace · upper-right cargo preview · 3D scene

Drag cargo from the upper-right preview into the load space. Select a placed block before moving it to a different position.

On mobile, tap to select a block, then touch and drag the selected block. Dragging an empty part of the scene changes the view instead.

05

Arrange quantities with Autofill

Where to lookWorkspace · lower-right · AUTOFILL

Open AUTOFILL, add cargo entries and enter their quantities. Review the selected mode and orientation options before running it.

Sign-in, feature access and remaining uses are checked for your account. If cargo is already present, choose whether to keep or delete it before continuing. Review the placed and remaining quantities after the run.

The same box size, different arrangements

User-reported observations. Both examples use a 300 mm door margin.

Standard rotation45051.887 m³
COMPLICATE51659.497 m³

Allowing rotation does not always fit more cargo. Space dimensions, clearances, orientation limits and cargo conditions affect the result. These examples do not guarantee maximum capacity.

The free calculator estimates a uniform grid of one box size in one orientation. Actual Autofill also checks clearances and placement conditions, so its results can differ. Check the real cargo and on-site conditions before loading.

06

Export the loading report

Where to lookWorkspace · settings menu · Export to Excel

Open the settings menu and choose Export to Excel. Mixed cargo reports can contain more than 9 cargo types, with wider reports continuing across printed pages when needed.

Check the report and the export options available in your environment. The exported file is a separate copy of your result.

07

Share a read-only 3D plan

Where to lookWorkspace · top toolbar · Share

After placing cargo, sign in and use Share to create a link. A recipient can open the plan without signing in, look around and zoom, but cannot move or rotate the cargo itself.

Available after the sharing service is deployed. The link shares a snapshot of cargo names, sizes, quantities and placement for 7 days; you can stop sharing from the Share menu.
